My method incorporates cognitive behavioral therapy, acceptance and commitment therapy, and mindfulness, all aimed at creating lasting change. I also bring specialized expertise in the bariatric journey, binge eating recovery, and offering emotional tools to support weight loss medications.
With 20 years of experience in the mental health field, including 5 years specializing in weight management, I am deeply passionate about walking alongside you on your path of self-discovery, insight, and healing.
